This policy explains what information SEOCEO ("we", "us") collects when you visit seoceo.com, request a free SEO audit, or purchase the SKILL.md file, and how that information is used. SEOCEO is a small, self-serve digital product — we collect as little as we can to run the site and support customers.

Free audit submissions: when you request a free SEO audit, we collect the website URL and email address you submit. To generate the audit, our system fetches the public homepage of the URL you submit and reads what's already publicly visible there (things like the page title, meta description, headings, and robots.txt) — it never touches anything behind a login.

Purchase information: when you buy SEOCEO, payment is processed by our payment processor, Polar (polar.sh). Polar collects your email address and payment details directly — we receive your email and order status from them, but never your full card details.

Usage information: by default, we use Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic — pages visited, approximate location, device type, and referral source. You can opt out at any time via the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer. This is covered in full in our Cookie Policy.

Information you send us: if you email us directly, we keep that correspondence to respond to you and to improve the product.

We use your free-audit submission to email you the audit snapshot and a short series of practical SEO emails afterward — every one of those emails includes a working unsubscribe link. We use purchase information to deliver the SKILL.md file, handle receipts, and provide support. We use analytics information to see which pages are useful and where visitors get stuck, so we can improve the site. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Polar (payment processing and order delivery), Resend (sending the audit and follow-up emails), and Google Analytics (aggregate site analytics, on by default and opt-out) are the only third parties involved in running this site. Each processes data under its own privacy policy — see polar.sh/legal/privacy, resend.com/legal/privacy-policy, and Google's Privacy & Terms. We don't share your information with anyone else.

We keep free-audit submissions long enough to send the audit and follow-up emails and to avoid re-auditing the same site right away; you can ask us to delete this record at any time. We keep purchase-related correspondence for as long as needed to handle support requests and legal/accounting obligations. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' default retention settings and can be reset at any time by withdrawing consent.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to withdraw analytics consent at any time via the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.

SEOCEO is a B2B/professional tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
